Description
Type “C” with thin frame line.
A great rarity in such superior condition.
A very large example cut as an irregular octagon, lightly cancelled by large part “Demerara” c.d.s., dated NO 6 1850.
Clearly superior to the normal cut round stamps and more desirable than most of the smaller “cut square” stamps.
